Where does your wool come from?
Our wool is sourced from a family-owned fiber mill in Scotland, ensuring the highest quality and respect for the natural properties of the yarn.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship worldwide from France. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 6-10 business days for international destinations.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused and unopened yarn within 14 days of receipt. Please note that custom kits and digital patterns are non-refundable.
Are the colors on the website accurate?
We photograph our yarn in natural light to be as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and dye lot variations.
Do you offer patterns in different languages?
Yes, many of our knitting patterns are available in English, French, and Scandinavian languages. Please check the specific product page for available translations.
