At Biches & Bûches, we want you to be delighted with your knitting projects and wool garments. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to request a return authorization and provide the reason for your return.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items, including wool hanks and patterns, are in their original, unused condition and securely packed in the original shipping box if possible.
Ship the Items
Send your parcel using a tracked shipping service to our warehouse in France; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
